Pacific Vision+ Optometry Pleasanton

Katherine Lee, OD. Dr. Lee earned her Doctorate of Optometry (O.D.) degree from Southern California College of Optometry, and is a therapeutic and glaucoma certified eye doctor licensed by the California Board of Optometry. She completed her clinical training at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, VA Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center, and at Kaiser Permanente. Dr. Lee practices full scope optometry with a positive collaborative mindset, so her patients can see their best. For over a decade, her focus has been on Myopia Control Therapy to slow down the progression of myopia in children. She also has experience working closely with cataract and glaucoma surgeons, and can speak Mandarin and Cantonese. Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys jazz and K-pop, unique boba flavors, and outdoor activities with her family.

Melissa Lowe, OD. Dr. Lowe was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta before relocating to Forest Grove, Oregon, to study at the Pacific University College of Optometry. After graduating, she moved to the Bay Area, where she is working in private practice at Family Focus Optometry and Pacific Vision+ Optometry. Dr. Lowe is passionate about helping her patients achieve their visual goals and has a particular interest in assisting children through specialized services like myopia control. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, drawing, and listening to live music.
