Pacific Vision Plus Optometry is located in the restful community of Newark and within a 99 Ranch market. This clinic serves many Mandarin and Cantonese speaking patients and has a special focus on myopia control and medical optometry. We have a big inventory of stylish sunglasses and prescription glasses.

Services

The clinic offers services including comprehensive eye exams, myopia control, dry eye assessments and treatments. Families can shop while the doctor examines the patients and select from a wide variety of eye glasses. We see patients with VSP, Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, Davis, Spectera, Aetna, Cigna, Dvais Vision, United healthcare, and Eyemed.

Our Doctor

Melissa Lowe, O.D.

Dr. Lowe was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta before relocating to Forest Grove, Oregon, to study at the Pacific University College of Optometry. After graduating, she moved to the Bay Area, where she is working in private practice at Family Focus Optometry and Pacific Vision+ Optometry. Dr. Lowe is passionate about helping her patients achieve their visual goals and has a particular interest in assisting children through specialized services like myopia control. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, drawing, and listening to live music.
